The white chocolate peppermint bar really delivers! It has a nice taste and slightly earthly (in a good way) creamy texture. I enjoy one square in the evening a couple of hours before bedtime and have an easy sleep. It does not make me groggy or tired, but I no longer have trouble falling or staying asleep. I wake up refreshed!
