Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are dependent on the products ordered and the selected shipping method. The total shipping will automatically compute during the checkout process. Orders must be processed by 12:00pm EST to be processed the same day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays. Inventory is updated in real time and clearly marked as "Out of Stock" when not available.
If you received a damaged product, please keep the product and contact us at 404-254-0330 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give you directions on how to proceed at that time.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at 404-254-0330 or email us at email@example.com for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase*. Customer must pay for shipping to return the product. When we receive the product we will call the phone number on the order to verify a refund or replacement is desired. Please make sure you provide us a valid phone number to contact you when you place your order.
- We cannot accept returns on any opened products unless they are damaged or defective. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to make us aware that the item was damaged or defected to return the product for replacement or full refund.
- We will not refund any added shipping fees.
