Gallberry Honey comes from a small evergreen shrub that grows in the pine woods and swamps of South Georgia and parts of Florida.

In the Mountains of North Georgia, from April until June, our bees travel 2-3 miles from their hives to gather the nectars of blackberry, tulip poplar, and hundreds of other flowers.

This Honey originates in the Tampa Florida area where there is a high density of citrus trees for the honeybees to pollinate and collect nectar from. Its distinctive citrus aroma can not be mistaken, nor can it's extra sweetness.

We've taken our delicious raw honey and infused it in small batches with dried smoked ghost peppers. The result is hot, but not TOO hot, sweet and smoky honey that our customers are going wild for!

Pure, raw spreadable creamed honey from our Oakhurst Apiary at the Wylde Center Gardens next to downtown Decatur. 100% honey with nothing added, just very fine honey crystals so it melts in your mouth.
