Cleanse Details

Below is an outline of when to drink each juice during the day. This is only a guideline, so feel free to consume juices in any order.  Try to drink one juice every 2-3 hours.  And don't forget to drink plenty of water.  Remember, it's only one day!

Begin your cleanse with fresh squeezed lemon water about 30 min to an hour before your first juice.

8AM - Celery Juice

10AM - OG Lemon Ginger Juice

12PM - Cilantro Celery Juice

2PM - Beet Boost Juice

4PM - Greens Juice

6PM - Sweet Almond Milk
