In less than 30 minutes the sensation I'm looking for kicks in. In 30 additional minutes, I'm fast asleep for an undisturbed 4 or 5 hours, getting a total of 6 or 7 hours of sleep each night! That's a massive improvement from 4 hours of disturbed sleeping!!! Love it!
