Our Single Origin bars are made of only two ingredients--cacao and organic cane sugar. We source premium cacao beans that have delicious, terroir-driven flavor profiles, then add only enough sugar to bring out the best expression of that profile.

When Atlanta's East Pole Coffee Company asked us to create a dark milk chocolate bar that would showcase the classic flavors of their "Traffic" roast we were thrilled and got to work.

Dark chocolate and coffee perfection. With coffee and espresso beans added to the chocolate only in the last hours of the three-day grind, this bar stays chocolate-forward with a balanced coffee end.
