This Traditional Fire Cider Tonic is a infusion of warming fruits, roots, and herbs in raw, organic apple cider vinegar. The ingredients steep in glass jars for a minimum of 4 weeks to extract the essence of each ingredient into the vinegar. After waiting patiently, they strain off the infused vinegar, press and juice the remaining pulp, and add local, raw honey for a hint of sweetness!
